Scrapbook from Brussels, Belgium

Here's a little photos series of my second visit to the ever so pleasant City of Brussels, Belgium.
Mid-autumn, the sun was out though it was still a tad chilly. Having red wine by our Airbnb balcony. Taking it all in at the Grand Palace and Gilded Square. It is just as sumptuous as I remember. I let my mind wandered off a bit, somewhere far away from my tangled thoughts. Just for a few days, the nostalgic bittersweetness is enough to last for another 6 months.

Unlike the chaos I call Paris. Belgium is quieter, calmer, plainer but not boring. From the medieval Halle Gate to Atomium. Figuring out the sometimes confusing Subway system. The endless supply of croissant for breakfast. "I might just be able to get used to this." I thought to myself.
